Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.

Estimates, allowances and change orders
Figures shown on this website, including lead times, monthly payment examples and budget bands, are illustrative samples and are not offers. A binding price is only ever given in a written proposal following a measured site visit.
Contracts include a stated allowance for concealed conditions. Where work behind a wall, floor or ceiling differs from what could reasonably be seen at survey, we photograph it, price it and obtain your written approval through a change order before proceeding.
Licensing and permits
Hearth & Grain Kitchens holds WI Dwelling Contractor #DC-1180224 (sample). We pull the building and electrical permits required for kitchen work in the municipalities we serve and we attend the inspections. Permit fees are itemized in your proposal.
Warranty
Sample terms shown on this demonstration site: a lifetime warranty on cabinetry built in our shop, five years on installation workmanship, and manufacturer terms on appliances, stone and plumbing fixtures. Natural materials vary in color, grain and movement, and that variation is not a defect. Exact warranty terms are attached to your contract and take precedence over anything on this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of WI.
